This is a tropical tricolour cake, sliced. chiffon cake layers of lilikoi (passionfruit)/light yellow, guava/pink, and lime/green, with a whipped cream frosting. the flavour was good (esp. with the passionfruit and lime layers), but the colours are too sedate. needs more colour!
